Terms & Conditions

Below are the Terms and Conditions governing all programs, services, facilities, and activities offered by Grace Benedict’s Fitness Studio. This document outlines important information regarding membership requirements, participation guidelines, payment policies, health and safety responsibilities, and the rights and obligations of both the client and the studio.

We strongly encourage all clients, members, and participants to read this document carefully and in its entirety before enrolling in, accessing, or engaging in any of our services. By proceeding to use our facilities or participate in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Account Registration

To use the app, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register.

Bookings and Payments

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through the app. Payments are securely processed via Paystack. All amounts are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Your booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a class booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class with reasonable notice.

Health and Safety

By participating in any class, you confirm that you are medically fit and understand the physical nature of the activities. You agree to follow all instructor directions and studio safety rules. Grace Benedict’s Fitness Studio will not be liable for injuries resulting from negligence, disregard of safety instructions, or misuse of equipment.

Member Conduct

Members are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward instructors and other participants. Recording of classes or sharing of studio content without consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app or classes for misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All app content, trademarks, logos, and related materials are the property of Grace Benedict’s Fitness Studio and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Nigerian law, Grace Benedict’s Fitness Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or participation in studio activities.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
